  1. is it normal to have such a high heart rate? im not judging , just curious, since i was told anything higher than 80bpm while not in motion, is high

  2. Awesome product chigz..πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜.. totally cool..

  3. How does this product IMPROVE the quality of your sleep? Surely it can only supply DATA on what’s happening in your sleep: improving the quality of sleep would depend on whether there is a way to act on that data, no?

  4. I’ve heard that the December 2022 update changed a lot the usage of the ring and the report, something about sending information to the cloud instead of your phone. Can you comment on that? I thought this would be the perfect product but now I’m questioning it.

  5. One of the best detailed explanatory videos I’ve ever seen thank you very much. I purchased it and wear it on my little finger and my pulmonologist loves the reports.

  6. Great review Chigz loved the comparison but it doesn’t look comfortable to me πŸ˜….It seems very bulky i’d prefer something more comfortable like the honor band 5 or honor band 5i , both of them have the SpO2 feature.

  7. I have sleep apnea and use CPAP therapy. I have the ring and like it a lot. It provides very useful information. I use it with a different app, though, "SleepO2," which is very similar.

    Here’s my only concern:

A fair number of folks have had problems with this ring after their return window closes, including that the ring just stops working altogether. The product comes with a warranty, but folks say that the manufacturer is not responsive to support requests or warranty replacement requests.

So it’s a bit of a gamble. I’ve been using my O2 ring for about 4 months (not every night, but maybe 5 nights per month) with no problem. I paid US$150 and would like to get at least 150 uses out of it before it dies so I feel like I got my money’s worth. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

One other thing – battery life: For me, I can use it for 1.5 nights until the battery is depleted. I don’t want it to die in the middle of the second night, so basically I have to recharge it after every night I use it. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind.

  8. Dude! Making these videos is stressing you out. 100 b/min! Or was it because you saw the price of this gadget?

02Ring is $179, the Oxylink is larger but only er $119 but the finger tip OxySmart is only $49 a bargain as it still does the monitoring but more easily falls off when sleeping so it wakes you up.

  9. Does anyone know the difference between the O2 ring and the sleep apnea oxygen monitor ,wich they both look the same, made by the same company/brand ???

  10. How do you know when it has reached full charge I just see a battery continue to charge for over an hour now, so how long to charge

  11. My friends and I am using it. A gadget that is very suitable for home testing of sleep apnea syndrome. The report is what the patient needs, I cannot find anything to alternative it.

  12. I’m gonna buy one of these since my smartwatch is all over the place as far as SPO2/sleep measurements due to the watch band having set increments for fit. The watch is either too loose (the measurements are completely off) or it’s too tight and sometimes cuts off blood flow to my fingers (hard to have oxygen in your blood when there isn’t any blood.)

  13. Hi … thanks for the review . What is the lowest threshold of spo2 can be set ? And is it possible to set the vibration alarm muted or totally silent off ?

  14. Some time i wake up from i don’t breathing (i dream i fighting or drowning) and I’m burning up. It takes 5-10 min of breathing b4 I’m back to normal. Really feel I’m dying.

  15. Wonder why someone would dislike this video that has the potential to save someone else’s life 😯..that’s plan evil.
Good work man and many more productive video’s from you.

  16. good, video, thank you. I used mine last night for the first time. My threshold was set at 90% and the data says my 02 dropped to 89%. I dont think the vibration alarm went off and I can’t see anywhere that it is recorded that the alarm was issued. I am not sure that it was working?? Can anyone help me, thanks.

  17. very good Chinese product,
    agree !
Used it for a long time,
now my sister is using it
since she needs it more than me.

  18. it would be helpful if you would provide more info about the alarm functionality. Also, your statement about the meaning of FDA listing is misleading.

  19. One thing you got wrong is that you said (think by mistake) that it measures sugar levels as well.but it does not.
    Otherwise great review,thankyou!

  20. I have severe Complex Apnea ..Central dominant … Unable to use BiPAP or ASV….So, I need this to wake me when my oxygen drops which is normally in the 70’s….Just ordered today, so we’ll see. I’ll try to update here on results.
